However, leaving the air conditioning on while you're away from the villa could result in an additional charge. - We will take photos of the meter when you check in and check out and kindly request that you settle the bill before leaving. This policy has been put in place to reduce wastage and preserve the natural beauty of Phuket. Additionally, we will ask you for a damage/electricity deposit of 15.000 THB upon your arrival.
