The lovely garden, partly paved and partly with ornamental plants, is equipped for spending time outdoors. The entrance veranda is furnished with outdoor sitting area. On the lawn are sun loungers to let the warm Puglia sun kiss you. Also in the back is a veranda with a wooden canopy, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and of rocking chair for relaxing in the cool air. There is also a heated outdoor shower, which is very useful when returning from the beaches. The entrance to Villetta della Poesia is into a large living room with an open kitchenette, dining room and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom furnished with bunk bed + single rollaway bed. Complete from home 1 bathroom shower. The air conditioning is in the living room, and is sufficient to cool the sleeping area as well. In the immediate vicinity you can reach a picturesque cliff overlooking the deep blue of the Adriatic coast of Salento. On foot on a pedestrian and bicycle path you can reach the famous Grotta della Poesia. The resort, marina of Melendugno, is particularly lively in summer, with its historic lookout tower, picture-postcard beach with pine forest and the legendary Due Sorelle, as well as all the main services. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ) - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
