The space On 65 well-distributed square meters there is this fresh apartment built in 2016 with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a comfortable Bolia sofa bed by the TV area, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Our apartment is most suitable for 2- 4 people + 1 child. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed that can be divided into 2 x 80 cm beds. An extra bed 70x180cm is available for a child. In the living room there is a TV area with a comfortable Bolia sofa bed with memory form mattress in 140 cm for 2 people, and TV+Chromecast+Xbox 360. You will find a large dining table by a large panoramic window that faces the forest- and grass areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine if needed. You also have access to a sunny, large balcony and large grassy areas where children can play in a safe environment. Here you also have a Weber charcoal grill to use. Guest access -Private own entrance -One bedroom with 1 queen bed 160cm (or 2 single beds x 80c,). 1 extra bed (70cm) can be added for one child. -Living room with sofa bed (140cm) -Dining area -Bathroom with washing machine -Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. -Outdoor space, terrace with sitting area and a grill. -Parking. Guests staying 1-2 night bring their own OR rent directly from us at SEK 150/set. -Extra bed (70cmx180cm): Free of charge for 5 paying guests. Right next to the apartment you have nice paths to explore and you can go to Lensjön for a swim in the summer or for ice skating in the winters. We live near a very nice hiking trail that you can walk. Search Gotaleden and there is very good information. Incredibly fine and appreciated restaurants in Floda: Järnbruket Järnvägskrogen (JVkrogen) Gobi Sushi In addition, there are a couple of pizzerias (Portobello, Ancona, Floda Pizzeria) and a very good Thai restaurant (Namfon).
