Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed layout that balances comfort and functionality. As you enter, a spacious kitchen greets you. To your right is the master bedroom and bathroom. The Master bedroom has it's own small garden and outside shower. To your left, you’ll find the patio, the true lounge area of the house. This open and inviting space is perfect for unwinding, sharing meals, or enjoying playful moments with family and friends. you will use spiral staircases to the attic room. This is an open-concept space featuring a queen-sized Round bed and a open closet area. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit. We have internet with speed of 30mbs which is sufficient for video streaming, conference calls and Zoom calls. Guest access You will be staying in an Eco- friendly house that has been recently refurbished to the highest specification. Free street parking. Other things to note The village of Nosara is located 20 min away from the house. There is a big grocery shop there much cheaper than any local store. The gas station is 15 min away form the house.
