Maybe have a coffee or lunch in town or why not have a good dinner at one of the many cozy restaurants. Just outside Karlstad is Alsters Herrgård, which is Gustaf Fröding's memorial farm. Here you can look at the exhibition about Gustaf Fröding, have a coffee at the manor café and stroll around the beautiful park.
