The entire apartment has a wooden ceiling that gives a cozy, rustic atmosphere to the whole house. Located on the second floor with no elevator. My property has been renovated very recently and has a high level of sustainability. - The kitchen: with an induction hob, it is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and a fantastic vintage coffee machine, ready to delight you with your breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the vineyards; Here, a comfortable sofa bed (109 cm * 190 cm) adds versatility to the space, offering an extra place for another guest. - The two bedrooms: both with a very comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm * 190 cm) offer a peaceful retreat after a day spent exploring the surrounding nature. - The bathroom: it is an oasis of relaxation, with a fabulous sauna that awaits you to pamper you and make you forget the stress of everyday life. You will also find three towels of different sizes for each guest: large, medium, and small, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. To make your arrival even more pleasant, a welcome kit awaits you with small surprises to start your vacation in the best possible way. And to keep you cool on hot days and cozy on cooler ones, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning systems in every room. This ensures a cool environment during the summer and a comfortable temperature during the winter.
