On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and large walk-in closets. On the second floor: large living room tastefully and stylishly furnished with TV area and sofas. Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining table. Finally, there is a service bathroom. On this floor two French doors lead to a large outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. On the third floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower and large walk-in closets. On the top floor a small meditation room, a living room with TV and a bathroom. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout the house, adjustable air conditioning in every room, and a private parking space in the garage. Guest access VILLA ANNETTE is easily accessible by car. It has private parking in the garage, which is accessible only by a small or medium-sized car because of the restricted outdoor maneuvering area. There are free public parking lots within walking distance, but we warn that they are often full during the high season. Other paid public parking lots are 600 meters away.
