Palazzo Passerini is a luxury Townhouse for exclusive-use for up to 6 guests, fully air-conditioned with fibre-optic Wifi, mobile booster and Sonos sound throughout. There are 2 suites and further study room with 2 single beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and private entrance. The space LOGGIA SUITE This spectacular air-conditioned suite on the first floor has a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, walls, and streets that date back to the Middle Ages through the delicately hand-painted original shuttered windows. There’s a romantic corner with an original stone open fireplace, the perfect spot for an aperitivo. The Loggia suite combines the finest in Italian craftsmanship with the latest in modern technology, creating a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the large super king four-poster bed to the sumptuously appointed marble bathroom, this state-of-the-art Italian suite has been crafted to make your stay perfect. This luxury suite has 2 additional beds in an adjoining air-conditioned room that can be made up as a double or twin, ideal for 2 children or 2 friends rather than a couple. This room shares a bathroom with the Loggia Suite and is only accessed through the Loggia Suite through a dressing room/study. RESIDENZA SUITE Residenza Suite is on the ground floor of Palazzo Passerini off the magnificent Salone. Bright and airy this air-conditioned suite overlooks a quiet medieval street and boasts a bespoke super king-size bed, antiques and contemporary lighting. The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in marble shower, terracotta floors, double basins and a separate toilet. The heated towel rails keep your fluffy Busatti towels warm and ready for you as you step out of the enamel roll-top bath next to the Farrow and Ball radiator. Our bed linens are woven by the renowned Busatti factory in neighbouring Anghiari, famous for the best and most luxurious fabrics, towels and bed linen IL SALONE ‘Il Salone’, or the living room is a beautiful room on the ground floor, just off the hallway. The large stone fireplace complements terracotta floors and ceiliOn your arrival at Palazzo Passerini, a welcome pack including bread, butter, tea, coffee (coffee machine), eggs, olives, milk, and other essentials will be waiting for you. If there's anything particular you would like to have on your arrival, let us know, and we can easily arrange itr quietly contemplating life. Listen to your favourite playlist through the SONOS sound system, easily paired with your phone. Help yourself to a drink from the honesty bar and watch the world go by on Via Roma below through the handpainted shutters. LA CUCINA La Cucina has been created with the finest chefs in mind, from the marble worktop and the handmade wooden cupboards to the top-of-the-range appliances by Smeg, including a pizza stone in the oven. The seven-hob range cooker features sealed gas burners and there’s an integrated fridge, freezer and ice maker, essential for your evening drink! A welcome pack including bread, butter, tea, coffee (coffee machine), eggs, olives, milk and other essentials will be waiting for you on your arrival at Palazzo Passerini and if there’s anything particular you would like to have on your arrival let us know and we can easily arrange. If you would like a private chef to cook you breakfast, lunch or dinner please request at the time of booking. The chef can also provide cooking demonstrations and lead you around the food market. Guest access Marialena, the house manager, will be there to greet you upon arrival from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 8.00 pm or by special arrangement outside these hours. Other things to note There are two Wifi systems (fibre optic and satellite) to ensure optimal connectivity and the local mobile signal is boosted by our own system. Smart TV's are provided in each suite with Sky TV with movies and sport. All of the main rooms are air-conditioned and our Sonos sound system allows you to enjoy your own selection of music throughout the Palazzo.
