The space The main level features a welcoming living room with a wood-burning fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while the adjacent dining area seats six and is ideal for shared meals, games, or evening conversation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. This level also offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: a second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, making the layout well-suited for families or groups. A second full bathroom is also located on this level, along with an in-unit washer and dryer to keep ski gear fresh and ready for the next day. Guests enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub open for the winter season — a perfect way to relax and recharge after time outdoors. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Sunrise Commons & Sports Center hours vary depending on the Season.
