Other things to note HOUSE RULES • Guests must refrain from drinking tap water • Guests must refrain from throwing papers, disposable wipes or feminine products in the toilets. In case of blockage, the costs of repairing the damage will be incurred by the guests. • Guests must keep the property clean and tidy. • Guests must not allow any rubbish to build up in the property and all rubbish must be carried out to the garbage bins at the street curb (located approximately 300 metres from the property). • Guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The owners do not take any responsibility for any lost items. • Guests must not move or damage any furniture, pictures or wall hangings. • Guests and/or their visitors must not do anything that is a nuisance to other guests. • Guests must refrain from making any loud noises which may disturb their neighbours. • Guests should not have any loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities (11pm - 8am). • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors. • Guests shall maintain the property in a condition that does not create a fire and/or health hazards, including repulsive odours. • Guests must report any loss of keys immediately to the owners. A fee of 150 Euros will be incurred by the guests for replacing the keys and locks. • Guests are required to provide access to the property in order for repairs to be done. • Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled. • Guests should refrain from using the bath towels to remove make-up. Please use make-up wipes instead. • Guests should close both windows and shutters, and lock the door when leaving the property. • Guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state. • We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state. • Guests are required to pay the tax imposed by the city (from 1 November to 29 February: 4EUR per night, from 1 March to 31 October: 10EUR per night).
