Beautiful apartment located in a shared villa, equipped with all the comforts to accomodate up to 4 people, including a large patio equipped to enjoy unmissable moments of relaxation. The accommodation is furnished with great taste and boasts a view of both the garden and Mount Subasio. It is located in San Vetturino di Perugia, a very green residential neighborhood not far from the historic center, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in half an hour by public service. Parking included! The space The 63m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a shared villa and is composed as follows. - Kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and traditional oven; - Living room with double sofa bed, dining table, desk and split A/C - Bedroom with double bed, TV with free Sky, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and large shower box - Private patio in the shared garden, equipped with umbrella, table, chairs and armchairs. Additional services available to guests: uncovered parking space outside the villa, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also available. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: the external area is under video surveillance for security reasons. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax of 1,50€ per person per night.
