Elipa Cottage is a meticulously renovated 2 bedroom chalet (sleeps 5) with amazing views of Triglav, the Julian Alps & Karavanke mountains in the idyllic village of Stiška Vas on the lower part of Krvavec, “the first alp” from Ljubljana towards the alpine region of Gorenjska - offering wonderful walking and mountain / road biking (from the doorstep of the chalet), one of Slovenia's best ski areas, a fantastic Summer adventure / mountain bike park and excellent paragliding. Lju The space Elipa Cottage was lovingly renovated in 2023/24 offering a real feeling of calm and relaxation in the simplicity of the layout, uncluttered decor and panoramic views in all directions. Downstairs is an entry room for coats and shoes, main bathroom with shower and semi open plan kitchen - living room - dining area. In the kitchen you may be distracted from your cooking by the stunning views of Triglav and the Julian Alps, whilst from the south facing dining area and living room there are huge views of the Ljubljana basin and Skofja Loka hills. The living room has a wood burner and access out to a small terrace with swing seat, whilst on the front side the main terrace offers outdoor dining, sofa seating and BBQ area without outdoor sink and worktop. Back inside the house a wide feature staircase leads from both sides of the living area up to two lovely restful bedrooms, one double with balcony, a second double with extra single sofabed and Juliet balcony facing Triglav and an additional toilet. The finish is high quality throughout with triple glazed windows, underfloor heating and solid wood floors. The garden is dotted with mature fruit trees and vines and in the lower area there is a covered area with table tennis table, darts board and further outdoor seating. A small basement room offers additional storage for bikes, suitcases etc. There is parking for two cars.
