The apartment, completely renovated inside in March 2024, is located on the ground floor of a 3-story building. Its location is about 170 meters from the sea and about 110 meters from the pedestrian island of Grottammare (Corso Mazzini). This is the most central area of Grottammare. Within a radius of 150 meters: daily market for fruit and vegetables, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, hairdresser, mini-markets, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and various shops. The apartment is equipped and equipped with essential accessories for the living room: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, broom, mop floors, basic detergents for house cleaning, toilet paper, laundry rack, steam iron and ironing board, mattress covers, pill covers.
