The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected - NOTE: The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards. There are 6 cards provided, and each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $30/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3-6. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods.
