The space The bright apartment on top floor (2nd floor) consists of living room with sofa, TV SAT, WiFi, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker for classic Nespresso capsules, kettle, ... Enjoy breakfast in the quiet of our covered terrace with unforgettable view of Lake Como and enjoy family meals outdoors, barbecues in the evening and quality time away from traffic and noise. Wake up in our romantic double bedroom with private terrace with lake view. Bunk bed for 2 single beds with terrace with lake view (joined to the living room), bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. We will provide for free baby bed and high chair (on request). Bed linen and towels are provided for free. The air conditioning is not necessary, because it was done an important refurnishment of the building and the house still have the previous wall and keep the apartment fresh on summer time. Outdoors: Private garden with stone table with lake view, 2 deck chairs, 2 folding chairs and a barbecue. Washing machine located in a room close to the garden on the ground floor. Laundry will be renovated in February/March 2026. The house has a private own parking for 1 car. Possibility area to store your bicycles. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment located on the 2nd floor (at the top), 2 private terraces with stunning lake view, exclusive use of garden to grill and also for sunbath. Own outside private parking space close to Casa Loro main entrance. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided (included in the price). Heating included. Possibility to ask for a self check in case of late arrival. Cost € 30,00. There is a private storage place for bikes (ground floor). The Laundry area in February/March 2026 will be renovated.
