Perfectly positioned between Wagner and Buonarroti stations on the red metro line; it is a 15 minute walk to CityLife and 35 minute walk to the iconic Duomo of Milan. The space The open-plan living area has a sofa which can be extended to be a 140cm x 200cm comfortable double bed with mattress and bed linen included, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and espresso coffee machine and a dining table. Additionally, the room has separate air conditioning, smart-TV with DVD-player and Wi-Fi. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dedicated workspace corner with an extra monitor for connecting personal laptops. The bed is 160cm x 200cm with an additional memory foam mattress-topper. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, includes plenty of storage and a suitcase holder. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels, shampoo and body wash, and hair dryer. The apartment is located in a vibrant district full of restaurants and bars. It is a 5 minutes walk to both Buonarroti and Wagner metro stations which are 6 stops to the Duomo of Milan (15 minutes). It is suggested to walk to the centre of the city, passing through historical landmarks like Corso Magenta with Da Vinci's last supper and Milan's castle. Additionally, the CityLife shopping district is only a 15 minute walk and the San Siro stadium can be reached in just 15 minutes using the tram line 16. The Rho-fiera and MilanoCity exhibitions and conferences can be easily reached via a 30 minute metro journey and a 15 minute walk respectively. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Additionally, we have a private single-car garage space (510cm x 276cm) located underground, less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
