Bright and air-conditioned in every room, the villa spans two levels to offer you all the comfort you need. On the ground floor, an elegant living room with dining area and a 55-inch TV invite you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine, allows you to prepare tasty delicacies with ease. The spacious living area features a sofa and a 55’’ Ultra HD Smart TV with the option to connect your Netflix, Amazon, DisneyPlus, and YouTube accounts to entertain both adults and children. Heading to the first floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to ensure sweet dreams and maximum relaxation. All rooms are equipped with memory foam beds for quality rest at the end of the day. The first room is a beautiful single bedroom with a 25 cm mattress. The second room is a double bedroom, also with a 25 cm mattress. Finally, the master double bedroom, with a 25 cm mattress and ensuite bathroom, welcomes you with its comfort, offering you an oasis of peace after a day spent at the beach or exploring the beauty of Fregene. The villa also offers fast Wi-Fi to stay connected at all times, perfect for remote work. Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the basement.
