Level 2 EV charger with unlimited charging and/or carport parking available for $30 CAD/day. Lots of free street parking available if you don't need carport or EV charger. Hiking and biking trails are everywhere on the North Shore. Just 2 blocks to hiking trail. 18 minute drive to Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal and very close to downtown Vancouver. The space Private entrance to ground level suite. Suite was completely renovated only 5 years ago. Electric heat with temperature control in every room. South exposed backyard and new furniture. We take care of the little things in this unit to make your stay more comfortable. Including mirrors and luggage racks in every bedroom. You have your choice of a single serve coffee maker or a large 10 cup offering for the whole family. Coffee, sugar and whitener will always be available for that first cup of coffee in the morning. Cleanliness is very important to us and we try to make the place spotless before you arrive. Wide street with plenty of room for large work trucks. Guest access Completely separate unit on ground floor of house. Other things to note Dogs are ok if over 1yo. EV charger and/or carport access is based on length of entire stay. eg. 5 night stay would be 5 x $30/day = $150 total. Partial use of charger or carport is not available.
