Our two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV, are carefully designed with cozy beds and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night. The contemporary and elegant decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen to easily prepare your meals. For cozy winter evenings, a raclette grill is available next to the fireplace. The bright and inviting living room offers a relaxing space after a busy day, with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video for your entertainment. Outside, enjoy a terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs, perfect for outdoor meals or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting. Our place is the perfect spot for a pleasant stay in Lyon – whether you're a family, a business traveler, a wine lover, or just passing through on your way to the ski slopes. Guest access Travelers will have access to all parts of the accommodation, except for a closet that is locked because it contains the owner's belongings. Other things to note Our home feels fresh, but please refrain from smoking inside. The good news is that the air outside is always clean and welcoming! We love pets, but unfortunately, our home isn't their ideal spot. Thank you for your understanding. The accommodation capacity is 4 people + 1 baby. Perfect for workers, groups of friends, or young parents. If you need baby equipment, please let us know when making your reservation so we can prepare accordingly. Regarding coffee, I generally leave 4 Nespresso Vertuo capsules in the home. If you wish to purchase more in advance, feel free to do so. Additionally, a portable fan is provided in each room. For everyone’s comfort, please do not set the heating above 21 degrees. This helps maintain a pleasant temperature while respecting the energy efficiency of the property. To preserve the pleasant environment of the terrace, we kindly ask you not to leave food outside, as it may attract pests. For stays of less than 15 days, a cleaning fee of €49 is automatically applied. For stays longer than 15 days, we offer a mandatory intermediate cleaning every 15 days at €49 per session. This ensures optimal comfort with a clean home and fresh linens. For example, a 30-day stay will include 2 cleaning sessions. For a 40-day stay, 3 sessions will be necessary.
