LainHouse Two-Room Apartment - sleeps 2+2

Very spacious two-room apartment, with a double bed and double sofa bed. Recently renovated, with new furnishings, it has various amenities and is equipped with all safety devices. A welcome gesture to my guests with packaged sweet and savory products. Bed linens and towels included with weekly change. It is in a quiet area of Lainate, but also strategic for getting around and reaching the many nearby places of interest. The space The two-room apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen, a dining area with a table for 4 people, a sofa (also a double bed that is prepared only upon explicit request), and a large covered terrace furnished with an elegant wicker seating area. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, 4 induction plates, a dishwasher (detergent tablets provided), an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine with capsules (some provided). Tablecloth with napkins, breakfast placemats, and dish towels are provided. Some drinks are available for guests in the fridge. There is a large 42-inch flat-screen TV in the living room. From the living room, you then enter the hallway, where an elegant office/reading area has been created, with a nice coat rack, a bookcase, and a desk with a USB charging lamp and a comfortable chair with a cushion. From the hallway, you can access a large double bedroom (with a large private terrace) equipped with a large sliding door wardrobe with hangers for clothes inside, a very spacious double chest of drawers, and two bedside tables, both equipped with a power strip (each with 2 Italian sockets, 1 Schuko socket, a USB A, and a USB C). An elegant wooden valet stand is very useful for hanging jackets, pants, belts, and shirts. Also from the corridor you can access the bathroom with shower, which was recently renovated along with the washbasin and the fixtures. In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer, a bathroom scale, and a practical washing machine (laundry detergent tablets, a clothes drying rack, clothespins, and an ironing board with an iron are included in the apartment for free use). A toiletry kit with shower gel/shampoo, shower cap and soap is included. Linens are provided on a rental basis by a local industrial laundry service: bed linen (traditional double sheets in 100% cotton) and bath linens (shower towel, face towel, bidet wipe + shower mat), with each guest change (for longer stays, a weekly change is made, included in the price). In the warmer season, air conditioning is available in the apartment with two split units in the living room and in the bedroom, which can be operated by remote control. Carbon monoxide/smoke detectors and a methane gas detector are installed in the apartment, as per current legislation. There is a portable fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
