Very spacious two-room apartment, with a double bed and double sofa bed. Recently renovated, with new furnishings, it has various amenities and is equipped with all safety devices. A welcome gesture to my guests with packaged sweet and savory products. Bed linens and towels included with weekly change. It is in a quiet area of Lainate, but also strategic for getting around and reaching the many nearby places of interest. The space The two-room apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area with table for 4 people, sofa (also double bed that is prepared only in case of explicit request), large covered terrace and furnished with an elegant marrow living room. The kitchen is equipped with every tool, 4 induction plates, dishwasher (detergent in tabs provided), oven, electric kettle and coffee maker with capsules (some provided). Tablecloth with napkins, breakfast placemats, and dish towels provided. Some drinks are available for guests in the fridge. In the living room, there is a large 42-inch flat-screen TV. From the living room you then enter the hallway, where an elegant office/reading area has been obtained, with a nice coat rack, bookshelf and desk with USB charging lamp and comfortable chair with pillow. From the hallway you can access a large double bedroom (with a large private terrace) equipped with a large wardrobe with sliding doors, with hangers for clothes inside, a very spacious double dresser and two bedside tables both equipped with a multi-stay (each with 2 Italian outlets, 1 schuko socket, a USB A and a USB C). An elegant wooden dresser is very useful for hanging jackets, trousers, belts, and shirts. Also from the corridor you can access the bathroom with shower, recently renovated together with the washbasin and sanitary ware. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a weighing scale and a practical washing machine (detergent in tabs, clothes racks, pegs, ironing board with iron included in the apartment for free use). Complimentary kit with shower/shampoo, shower headset and soap included. Linens provided for rental by industrial laundry in the area, bed (traditional double sheets in 100% cotton) and bath (shower towel, face towel, bidet towel + shower mat), at each guest change (for longer stays, the weekly change is made, included in the price). In the hottest season, there is the possibility of air conditioning in the apartment with two splits in the living room and in the bedroom, which can be operated with a remote control. Carbon monoxide/smoke detectors and methane gas detector installed in the apartment, as per current legislation. There is a portable fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Other things to note From April 1, 2025, the tourist tax enters into force in the municipality of Lainate; €2 per night per guest must be paid, up to a maximum of 5 nights (from the sixth night onwards the payment of €2 per person is not due).
