This delightful flat offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional charm, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay for its guests. The space As you enter, you are greeted by the antique-style living room, furnished with taste and elegance; the comfortable sofa becomes a double bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during the hours you are not sleeping. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), offering an additional option for guests, while the dining table, which can seat up to 6 people, is perfect for pleasant dinners with friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, offering the freedom to prepare delicious meals with ease. The spacious and comfortable bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Guests can enjoy two bathrooms, one complete with toilet, bidet and shower, the other serves as a convenient service bathroom with toilet. For those who enjoy spending time outdoors, the flat offers a lovely balcony, furnished with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for lunches and dinners during the summer. The apartment building also offers fantastic relaxation and wellness facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round and a sauna, where guests can rejuvenate. In addition, the building offers its guests a sun terrace with sun loungers and shower, to enjoy the Ticino sun, a front garden with private access and a picnic area with stone table and barbecue available.
