Whether you're unwinding with a movie or catching up on your favorite series, this space caters to all your leisure needs. For those who need to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is provided, allowing you to comfortably work from the comfort of your temporary home. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. Share culinary creations at the dining table or enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar. Other things to note - Once your reservation is confirmed, a link with the steps for the online check-in is sent. Our online check-in process requires guests to fill out their personal information, upload a government-issued ID, and a selfie before arriving at the property. Guests will receive their access code 10 minutes before check-in time and only after completing the online check-in. - Check-in method: lockbox. You can self-check in at any time after 3 PM. - Early check-in before 3:00 PM (if available) is subject to an additional fee. - Late check-out after 11:00 AM (if available) is subject to an additional fee. - Cleaning and extra towels/bed linens during your stay are subject to an additional fee. - Welcome amenities such as shampoo, fresh towels, and bed linens are provided upon arrival (based on the number of guests). - For bookings of 28 days or more, an extra fee of 3.5€/day will be charged to cover additional utility costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, property administration, gas, etc.) associated with longer stays.
