A cozy 2 bedrooms quite spacious on the ground floor of a very nice closed condominium. It has all the necessary for a self catering holiday. In the interior part of the building there is a garden a sun bathing area with some practical and beautiful shades around and a swimming pool that you can freely use. The building is on the nest road of the village where all the main hotels are and it is practically in second line from the sea. In 5 minutes walking across the street you are on the beach Other things to note We sell self catering vacation. Included in the price is: - 1 bottle of water - 1 toilet paper roll per each bathroom - Cleaning before arrival using latest protocols - Cleaning after departure using latest protocols - Use of linens and towels previously washed respecting the latest protocols (no beach towels provided) - We change the towels and linens once a week. Each guest should have at least 2 towels (1 big and 1 medium) available for the week. - Laundry after departure - Water and energy consumption up to 3 weeks. For rentals of 1 month and above utilities must be paid by the guests - If you want cleanings during your stay they cost 30 euro each. - Free WIFI for maximum 2 weeks after it costs 3 euro per day - Use of common swimming pools
