The space The property preserves original features with spacious, double-height rooms and bright accents in the two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the garden and pool terrace. Guests can relax by the pool, enjoy countryside views, and explore the region's vineyards and medieval towns. The owner lives nearby but guests have exclusive use of the pool and grounds. The surrounding area offers abundant natural beauty and activities like walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, and fishing. Nearby highlights include Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a vibrant town with a pedestrian shopping area and picturesque square; Pujols, a fortified village recognized as one of France’s most beautiful; and Agen, known for its gastronomy and famous prunes. Bergerac and Bordeaux are within a 60- to 90-minute drive for a day trip, while wine enthusiasts can easily access the renowned Bordeaux, Duras, and Cahors wine regions. Layout The ground floor includes a cozy living and dining room, perfect for relaxation and meals. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed, with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, and a playroom featuring a small single bed suitable for a child. A bathroom with a bath and WC completes this level, providing convenience and comfort for guests. Pets: The owner of this villa will consider requests to bring a pet dog (no other pets).
