Beautiful 2-6 person apartment in the mountains, close to ski resorts (4 km and 14 km), Innsbruck (only 15 minutes) and Italy (25 minutes)! Completely newly furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the mountains. This beautiful, spacious and attractive apartment is located in a quiet natural environment close to Patscherkofel (2248m). There is a spacious and sunny balcony with stunning views over the Alps, where you can enjoy a drink. The space The apartment has a spacious living / bedroom and a seperate bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and plenty of closet space. In the spacious living room there is a double bed (140cm wide), spacious seating and a smart TV. The bright kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen provides access to a spacious and sunny balcony with beautiful views over the Alps where you can enjoy a drink. The bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower and a spacious sink. In addition, you can use a washing machine in the apartment. There is also a cot and a high chair. In the hall there is space for storing your ski boots. Other things to note Only 12 km from Innsbruck lies the hamlet of Hennenboden (municipality of Ellbögen) at an altitude of almost 1100 m. The apartment is very centrally located just a few minutes by car from the Brenner Autobahn. In 15 minutes by car you are in the heart of Innsbruck and in 45 minutes you are sitting with a cappuccino on an Italian terrace in Südtirol. The Patscherkofel ski area is only 4 km away, the ski areas of Fulpmes and Steinach am Brenner are 14 and 16 km away respectively. There is a bus stop in front of the door with bus connections that take you directly to the centre of Innsbruck or the ski resorts of Patscherkofel or Steinach am Brenner. In Innsbruck you can enjoy shopping, visit museums, walk along the Inn, enjoy culinary delights, etc. For those who really want to go higher, Stubai Glacier (3210m) is an excellent destination! The apartment is located on the well-known cycle route from Munich to Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the Jacobsroute - a pilgrimage route; Cyclists and walkers are therefore very welcome! You can safely store your bicycles with us. In summer and winter, the apartment is a great base for beautiful mountain tours, climbing tours, via ferrata, mountain bike tours, ski touring, alpine skiing & snowboarding, city trips to Innsbruck, Bolzano, Merano and, for example, the beautiful Brixen in Südtirol. Water sports enthusiasts can reach the beautiful Achensee within 45 minutes by car. Even if you don't want to do anything at all but simply want to enjoy peace, mountain air and beautiful views, you've come to the right place!
