DINING ROOM Taking a characterful turn with its array of traditional wood furniture and boasting views across treetops, the dining area is lent an intimate air by chic pendant lights and offers space for five guests. KITCHEN Fully equipped with all key amenities, the spacious kitchen is enlivened by geometric floor tiles and is chic in mood with its muted accents of midnight grey and cloud white. BEDROOMS Serene and peaceful with its skylights, neutral tones and soft carpets, the principal bedroom presents a double bed and open wardrobe. Perfect for children with a cheerful play area, the second bedroom hosts two single beds; one bed is raised and suitable for only a child while the other can accommodate an adult. The third bedroom is soothingly styled in hues of grey and white, and is equipped with a double bed and desk. BATHROOM Monochrome notes abound in the contemporary bathroom which comprises a clawfoot bath, walk-in shower and double wash basin. Two separate WCs can also be found in the apartment (one on each floor). WE LOVE The inspired design flourishes that bring a heavenly divine feel to the living area. The apartment building is also nestled between two gardens, lending this property a serene, peaceful air. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** This apartment is suitable for five adults and one child. Please note, the bunk bed in the second bedroom is ideal for children only. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The WCs are separate from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor with no lift access.
