Villa Doramarie Sidari with private pool

The perfectly located Villa Doramarie is a newly renovated, spacious, detached holiday home with private swimming pool able to accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Enjoying a great position in the outskirts of Sidari, within walking distance (flat walk) to any kind of amenities yet in a peaceful and quiet setting away from the noise of the town, Villa Doramarie is set to impress. The space Relax by the pool, taste a delicious charcoal grilled meal, enjoy a leisurely walk up to the sandy beach: you can it have all at Villa Doramarie. Villa Doramarie has been totally renovated in 2024 to offer a comfortable, modern holiday experience. Inside the villa is set over one floor and is tastefully decorated. All the furniture and the fittings are brand new, designed to maximize relaxation and simplicity of use for a stress-free vacation. There is one airy lounge with comfy sofas and smart TV as well as adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening straight onto extensive pool-facing terraces. The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, respectively 2 doubles and 2 with twin beds, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. All the bedrooms also feature flat screen smart TV. There are 2 shower rooms in the villa. Outside, Villa Doramarie is surrounded by extensive private (gated) grounds. A newly added private pool (size: 6.6m x 4m ; depth: 0.9m – 1.7m) will be a true oasis to refresh after a day on the beach. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for relaxing hours under the shining Greek sun. The grounds are also scenically lit at night, for further enjoyment all summer long. For the lovers of good food, a shaded poolside area is available to prepare delicious meal using the barbecue provided and extensive furnished terraces will be the perfect setting for an after dinner drink. Private (gated) parking is also available for the guests. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair, maid service twice a week with change of towels are included in the rental price. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
