House Rules: - Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am (times are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your travel plans). - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. However there plenty of space in thw patio areas and garden. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property. Situated in a secluded area yet with easy access to Hikkaduwa town center, Woodland Villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Property is surrounded by acres of land with trees full of very tasty fruits, vegetables and medicine all through out the year. You will see plenty of little creatures hopping and running around the place in the morning and at night. Home cooked food can be arranged for a fraction of the cost.
