The exteriors are partly shaded, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and equipped with a masonry barbecue to prepare tasty outdoor grills. Villetta Carmen has simple and cozy interiors. The entrance to a large living room furnished with 2 double sofa beds, table and chairs, TV and air conditioning. Next to the living room is the eat-in kitchen, completed by a light well. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom. The house is completed by 1 bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villetta Carmen in the Porto Cesareo area Villetta Carmen is located on a road that leads straight to the sea, in the area of Torre Castiglione, one of the residential areas located along the coast of Porto Cesareo, north of Torre Lapillo and very close to Punta Prosciutto. The nearest beach is just 450 meters away on foot. Torre Lapillo is the nearest town that offers all services, about 1 km away from the villa. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and check-out (from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.). An extra payment of €50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.). - Upon your arrival, you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is €20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose of the waste. If not, a penalty fee of 80 euros will be withheld for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euros for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). If not, a penalty fee of 40 euros will be withheld. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 100 euros by credit card, cash, or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless damage is confirmed.
