Surrounded by greenery and the fresh scent of flowers and fruit trees, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts and is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Ischia Ponte and 15 minutes from the main street of Ischia. The table is extendable and the sofa in less than a minute turns into a double bed from which you can comfortably watch a Netflix series. In the closet at the entrance to the house there is a washing machine that is always working, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. A bathroom to live in does not necessarily have to be a luxury bathroom, but it must offer comfort and must be in harmony with the other rooms and furnishings of the house. On the right-hand side, you will find a comfortable shower cubicle and the bathroom fixtures. On the left, a built-in sink, the cabinet with special lines is enhanced by an illuminated mirror. Sets of towels for each guest, shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer are available. The romantic and warm double bedroom is flooded with natural light and overlooks the garden cultivated by our farmer Francesco, from whom you can ask for seasonal fruits and vegetables. The room is medium-sized with a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables with wall lamps, and a wardrobe. Guests have access to a set of sheets, a seasonal duvet, and hangers for the wardrobe. The apartment has a private entrance and is surrounded by an outdoor space with a small living room reserved for guests only. Each room has air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A parking space (max size Fiat Panda) or free motorcycle is available. It is advisable to reach the house with a small taxi.
