It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and is centrally located in Koksijde-Bad within walking distance of the dunes, the beach and the sea and several restaurants. The space Upon arrival, you immediately have the opportunity to park your car in the entrance driveway of Etoile De Mer. An ideal start to your vacation! As soon as you step through the beautiful garden into the house you will immediately enter the renovated kitchen of Etoile De Mer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and offers a lot of space to prepare a delicious meal. Just next to the kitchen you will find an adjacent storage room where you can use an extra fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dryer. The living room is very spacious and contains numerous authentic elements; discover the vintage antique furniture, decoration, sitting area, not to mention the cozy sunny porch and private library! :-) A beautiful harmonious whole! Access to the garden is possible from both the kitchen and the living room. The garden has a BBQ and plenty of garden furniture. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. Etoile De Mer features 3 double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay. Each room is very spacious and has plenty of closet space. The family bathroom has a makeup table, separate sink and a bath. Furthermore, there are 2 separate toilets provided in Etoile De Mer. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and its facilities. Other things to note PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24. LINEN: Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation. CLEANING: Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged. CONSUMPTION: Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges. CONTROL: The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
