Recently renovated apartment located in Portofino in the square in front of the Town Hall. Excellent location 50mt walk from the small square, above the bus stop and in front of the village's only parking lot. The space The house is on the third floor on a building without an elevator; upon entering we find a small lobby, topped on the left by a staircase leading to the upper floor with two single beds and a small window with a partial view of the village. Also on the left of the second floor, we find a large bathroom with bathtub and shower stall, next to the laundry room with washing machine and toilet, and finally a bedroom with a queen-size bed with a view of Portofino, closet and ensuite bathroom complete with shower stall and toilet. Dividing the two areas of the house is an open kitchen complete with appliances, microwave and dining table. To the right of the kitchen is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed with closet, while returning toward the entrance leads to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, closet and television.
