Teja is a room high above in the tower building, offers a spacious living area and a sweeping view of the waterfront. The space Strictly no cooking is allowed inside and at the balcony. All units in Lexis Hibiscus, including ours is not designed for in-room cooking. Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING. This unit is on a high floor and the dip pool is at the balcony. We vacuum and sanitize the pool after every check out and we make sure that the water is clean before any check ins but sometimes small insects/bugs and pigeon feathers do get into the pool as reported by a few of our guests. Do expect some noise till late in the evening, from the pub/lounge on the floor above.
