This property is situated in the seaside town of Ballyheigue, right on the Wild Atlantic Way. It is located in a small collection of houses with gated parking and right across the road from the beach. Finished to a high standard and with the glorious Ballyheigue beach at your doorstop and the quaint Ballyheigue village right next to you the property makes a perfect summer vacation spot or as a base to explore all the wonders of Kerry and the rest of the West of Ireland. The space The ground floor of the house is a large open plan space with a lounge area, a center piece fireplace, a dining area and a very modern kitchen with all the expected appliances, including a dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a Smart TV on this floor so you can log into your steaming services. The house also has an integrated sound system which can also be accessed from the ground floor. The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed. Both of the bathrooms are fitted out to very high standards, with both of the showers being fitted with both rain forest shower heads and body jets. The en-suite in the master also has a large modern bathtub and his and her sinks. The master bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe. The Reading Room is large relaxation space on the top floor, with books, sofa's, reading chairs, large bean bags and a TV. The Smart TV is connected to a satellite box so you can watch some local TV or it can also be cast to or be used to watch your Netflix or other streaming services. The large round window in this room looks out over the fields behind the property and the ocean can be seen from the balcony... If you are using the balcony i would ask that you do not wear high heals as the heals may damage the balcony waterproofing. For groups larger than 6 there are 2 fold out beds that can easily be moved into the larger bedrooms if you have smaller children staying with you, or can be set up in either of the lounge rooms. Guest access You will have full access to the property and as this is a gated residential property you will also have the security of a dedicated parking space. Other things to note The property is located in a small group of 16 properties. The front of the property is a shared area with pick-nick benches and lighting. The back of the property is an L-shaped patio area, with seating and tables. There are some lights out the back as well, the switches for which are in the house. The back wall overlooks some fields which normally has cows grazing. The side wall overlook the side of the community center next door. There is a small gym and launderette located in that center is you require them.
