The space The 100m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building made up solely of holiday apartments. On the street level there is a renowned ice cream shop - bar - cold table and a tobacconist. The ice cream shop is a great place to have breakfast, light lunch or aperitif: just go down the stairs! The apartment is composed as follows: LARGE LIVING ROOM with relaxation area with sofabed French Size and 43'' TV and access to the private terrace. KITCHEN with oven, microwave, combined fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster. In the rear courtyard, 1 uncovered parking space, reserved for the property. Other parking spaces, public and free, are available in front of the building or in the immediate vicinity. ATTENTION: It is strictly forbidden to bring in guests other than those indicated on the reservation. The cameras are active and record any unauthorized access; any violations will result in fines.
