Located just a 3-minute walk from the Palese seafront, close to the renowned Title and Moretti beaches and just 4 km from the airport, the villa is also a short distance from restaurants and fishmongers by the sea. Parking included! The space The house is located in a complex of villas with an automated external gate and has an independent entrance. The internal space is divided into two levels: the lower floor can be accessed from an external or internal staircase. *** GROUND FLOOR *** - Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator with connection to listen to music and connect to apps on your mobile phone, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Bedroom I with double bed and wardrobe - Toilet I with wc, bidet and shower box - Covered patio equipped with electric barbecue, table and chairs, sofas, deckchairs and treadmill ATTENTION: it is forbidden to use the charcoal barbecue. *** FLOOR -1 *** - Living room with sofa and 55" smart TV - Bedroom II with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32" TV and internal bathroom equipped with wc and shower box - Bedroom III with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - Bedroom IV with double bed and wardrobe - Toilet III with wc, bidet and shower box Two uncovered parking spaces are available inside the villa complex, in front of the entrance gate of the house. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
