Located just across the street from the beach with deeded beach access via an air-conditioned overpass. The dining area seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating. • A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed. • Second bedroom has a queen-size bed. • Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out. Parking Info: Paid parking is collected directly by the condominium association upon arrival. Only card payments are accepted—cash is not accepted. A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed.
