Other things to note 【Important - when booking, you agree upon the following】 A condominium construction project will take place on the neighboring property from end of February to December 2025. Please be aware that noise may occur during the daytime. Please note that guests with only high school students and younger cannot stay. Acts (noise and smoking) that cause inconvenience to neighbors are strictly prohibited. This facility is not a party space. It is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties or events. Please take care of the neighbors and stay quiet early at night. Please follow the rules and manners. Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer. In the worst case scenario, you will be asked to leave the room immediately.
