The space There are 4 bedrooms available: For up to 3 guests (2 single beds + 1 sofa bed). For up to 3 guests (2 single beds + 1 sofa bed). For up to 4 guests (2 single beds + 2 sofa bed). For up to 4 guests (2 single beds + 2 sofa bed). (Kitchen): Guests can cook for themselves. Tableware * Glasses * Cutlery * Refrigerator * Microwave * Oven toaster * Cooking utensils Coffee maker * Rice cooker * Green tea * Coffee * Seasonings (salt, pepper) Basic cooking tools such as pots, knives, cutting boards, frying pans, dishwashing detergent, sponges, and dishcloths are available. Cooking oil is not provided. Please prepare your own ingredients and other seasonings. Please do not use indoor IH cooking utensils and hotplates. (If used, a separate cleaning fee of 6,600 yen will be charged.) Food items will be disposed of on the day of cleaning. We only provide salt and pepper as seasoning. Please prepare other seasonings yourself. Parking: Parking is free. Up to 4 cars are allowed. Fireworks: Please refrain from using fireworks. No Smoking: The entire facility is non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided outdoors, so please smoke there. >Dogs will only be allowed on the first floor (from November 2025) Guest access Entire Villa for Exclusive Use No sharing with other guests. Relax and enjoy at your own pace. Entry into the premises by individuals other than the booked guests is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that staying on the property without a reservation incurs an additional charge equal to the guest's rate. For short stays until 18:00, please consult with us in advance. If there is an increase in the number of guests after the reservation is confirmed, kindly inform us in advance. In the event of undisclosed additional guests, we will charge double the regular rate increase. If the situation is deemed malicious, we may ask you to vacate the premises, and no refund will be provided in such cases. Other things to note Please refrain from actions that disrupt public order and safety, such as loud voices, singing, playing musical instruments, and loud conversations that may disturb neighboring guests. There are permanent residents in the vicinity as well. Please be particularly quiet indoors and make sure to close the windows after 9:00 PM. Due to disaster prevention and noise concerns, "campfires" and "fireworks (both handheld and launched, including firecrackers)" are strictly prohibited. We have had incidents where inconsiderate guests reported to the police. Staff will handle neighborhood complaints and police reports during nighttime hours, and a fee of 16,500 yen will be charged. We would appreciate your cooperation in creating a comfortable environment so that everyone can enjoy their stay peacefully. Check-in Time: 15:00 (There may be cleaning staff conducting checks until 16:00. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.) The standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out Time: 10:00 Early check-in is available from 13:00. Late check-out is possible until 12:00. If check-out is later than 12:00, an additional day's accommodation fee will be charged. The cost is 3300 yen per hour. Please note that we may not be able to provide late check-out depending on the reservations before and after, so be sure to inquire in advance. If you contact us after 15:00 on the day before check-in, the fee will be 5500 yen per hour. Regarding BBQ (Including cleaning until 21:00 from check-in) BBQ is possible on the deck using the equipment provided at the villa. Please procure your own food ingredients. Please do not bring your own BBQ stove. If needed, be sure to contact us in advance. In the case of requests on the previous day or the same day, we may not be able to prepare, so please understand. (If requested on the same day, the fee is 7700 yen.) ·        We do not recommend BBQ services from December to March. ·        Please refrain from bringing BBQ equipment. After 21:00, please refrain from BBQ and meetings on the balcony. Please return to your room. Fireworks Please refrain from using fireworks. No Smoking The entire building is non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided outdoors, so please smoke there. [Regarding Garbage Disposal During Consecutive Stays] Garbage collection is generally free between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If you wish, please separate and place it on the deck by the designated time. Leaving garbage out for an extended period may attract crows and wildlife. If you wish to dispose of garbage, please contact us in advance. For stays of one week or more, in addition to post-checkout cleaning, there will be a simple cleaning. For a 7-day stay → After cleaning + 1 additional cleaning For a 14-day stay → After cleaning + 2 additional cleanings, and so on. Cleaning hours are approximately from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please contact us at least one week before the desired cleaning day. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. ＞Wood Stove ※The period for using the wood stove is from December to the end of March. It cannot be used outside this period. ＊＊ With the recent increase in various commodity prices, providing free firewood has become difficult. We will prepare some firewood here, but we kindly ask guests to bring their own firewood whenever possible. It is regrettable that we have to take such measures unavoidably.
