With three private balconies, two double bedrooms and a separate study, Dama Rosa is designed for guests who want space, comfort and the feeling of living in Lecce rather than just visiting. The space Casa Rosa Lecce is a collection of three independent boutique apartments in a restored mid-century palazzo, designed with a calm Salento Moderno aesthetic and a focus on light, comfort and considered design. Damarosa occupies the entire first floor of the building and is our largest apartment at 100 m². It is ideal for families, friends travelling together, or longer stays where space and separation of rooms matters. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, separate living room and a dedicated study space, offering both shared areas and quiet corners throughout the home. Both bedrooms include ample storage and access to private balconies—three in total across the apartment—creating multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy morning coffee or evening light. Bedroom 1 includes a queen sized bed and bedroom 2, a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and designed for long, relaxed meals at home, echoing the local rhythm of shared lunches and unhurried evenings. The bathroom is finished with premium Italian fittings, a walk-in shower, bidet and generous vanity space. The study sits between the living and sleeping areas, offering a quiet space for reading, remote work or additional flexibility during your stay.
