To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following: Pet fees & rules: We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -One dog under 25lbs is allowed for this unit. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. Guest access ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions. 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter. 6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival. 8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful. 9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable. 10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental. 11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim.
