The accommodation is located in Buggerru, just 13 minutes walk from Buggerru Beach and 8km from Cala Domestica Beach, the area is served by all major services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The space The accommodation of 70 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access). The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan, access to the balcony; - BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, wardrobe, desk with chair; - LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, TV, access to balcony; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and moka coffee maker, oven and microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY shared with bedroom 2, 3 and living room. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning and heating are NOT present in the apartment. The fireplace can be used ONLY in winter, from October to March. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
