Sitting in a peaceful position in Hvar’s countryside village of Vrbanj, Villa Estelle is a sophisticated, soulful, and charm-filled property that has been sensitively and harmoniously restored to create a contemporary take on a traditional Dalmatian stone house. The space Villa Estelle is a wonderful choice for those who enjoy the simple pleasures in life: swimming in the irresistible pool, gazing at inspiring views across the Adriatic from the top floor bedroom, lunch prepared outside in the summer kitchen, a short drive for a dip at a fabulous beach, and, when the sun begins its descent, strolling into the village to dine al fresco at the excellent local pizza konoba. At Villa Estelle, you will find the best of both worlds: the village shop and café are just a stroll away, with more restaurants and bars just a short drive away in the nearest towns – but you'll always have your very own private oasis to retire to when the time comes for relaxation, tranquillity, and spending convivial times alone with your loved ones. The villa is set across 3 floors. The main entrance is on the first floor and takes one across one of the many outdoor terraces into the indoor social hub of the property, a well-sized open-concept space that’s home to a fully-equipped American-style kitchen with a large dining table for up to 10 people. Soft grey cement floor, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and cool hardwood floors speak to the sophisticated aesthetic, as indeed do the French glass doors, which not only showcase the pool waiting for you outside, but create an organic flow between the villa’s indoor and outdoor areas. From the open-plan dining area, the hallway continues to two well-sized double bedrooms that share a bathroom with an Italian-style step-in shower. A separate WC can also be found on this first floor. Accessed by an internal staircase, the top floor comprises another bedroom with its own private ensuite and far-stretching panoramic views across the Adriatic out to neighbouring islands. The ground floor contains a large konoba-style living room, with a separate study with a sofa bed that can be used for larger groups, and a separate shower room and WC. The remaining bedroom ground floor double bedroom opens directly to the pool terrace, which is complete with 8 deckchairs and several seating spots. Outside, to one end of the pool is a large, cushioned and shaded sitting area. The summer kitchen is accessed through an ascending garden path, and serves as an al fresco dining space with large dining table and barbecue. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire villa, the pool, and all of the outdoor dining and lounging areas. Other things to note Villa Estelle features a fantastic large swimming pool. It is particularly deep, and the depths are unmarked, so we recommend children are supervised at all times. Villa Estelle is a Pet-Friendly Property. All of the bedrooms (apart from the sofa-bed room/study) and the kitchen-diner are equipped with AC units, as well as ceiling fans. Note that construction noise is illegal in this region of Croatia from 1st June – 30th September. If you book outside of this time, i.e. in May or October, there is the possibility of construction noise impacting your stay. The villa is accessed through a driveway that has space for up to 3 cars; and the villa itself is concealed behind an iron gate. The ground floor bedroom has a super king size bed that can be separated into two twin beds, upon request. Restaurants and other establishments mentioned are subject to seasonal availability. Opening and closing dates are determined by the businesses themselves and may vary. Some venues may be closed outside the peak summer season.
