A private entrance at the rear of the building leads to the private entrance area - a high-quality and well-equipped apartment awaits you. Directly adjacent to the entrance area, you enter the centrally located and spacious kitchen. To the right of the kitchen are the two bedrooms where there are a total of 5 sleeping places. By default, the structure is two double beds king size and one single bed 90x200. Upon request, the double beds can also be dissolved into single beds. The two bedrooms each have a smart TV. On the left side of the kitchen, you can access the living and dining area or the large open roof terrace. The strict requirements for monument protection make up the special charm - so the walls, ceilings, and floors have been extensively up to date.
