From here one goes to the well-equipped kitchen, from which there is access to the back yard, where there is a fireplace for a barbecue and a practical outdoor shower. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms , 1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds and light well. The house is completed by 1 shower room. With a short walk, also beach beach, you can get to the center of Porto Cesareo, a lively and dynamic town, where there are all the services and numerous clubs for all needs. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
