Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Smoking is not allowed on the property. These properties are SIDE BY SIDE units together sleep 16 persons. Neither home is pet friendly. There may be locked closets or garage space reserved for owner contents. The properties access code will be given 3 days prior to arrival and after final payment, receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the homes can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11.5% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
