On the ground floor you will find an elegant, modern-furnished space for relaxing and dining. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining room and a living room with Tv. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare various meals that you can enjoy indoors or outdoors. From every corner of the ground floor you have a magnificent view of the outdoor terrace, complemented by the greenery of the Istrian region. The villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 1 room is located on the ground floor, while 1 room is on the 1st.
