This home is also close to a wide array of amenities, like family-friendly Gator Mikes, mini-golf, adventure tours and Sun Splash water park. There are plenty of things to do for everybody in the group, being close to downtown Cape Coral and Ft Myers, each offering a choice of great shops to indulge in retail therapy, historical and cultural museums, a plethora of great restaurants, and live music venues. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
