The space The apartment of approximately 35 sqm is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (two steps to access it). The space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, a single sofa bed, coffee table with two chairs, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BREAKFAST SPACE with sink, fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine; - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning, wardrobe and hairdryer. ATTENTION. There are no stoves for cooking. PLEASE NOTE. Please note that the single chair bed is suitable for children and NOT for adults. Only one courtesy kit is provided upon arrival. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
