Each guest has the use of a large bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel and a face cloth. In the bathroom will be some complimentary starter toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and small soap). Patio door providing access from the dining area to the garden. The garden has a small patio area and newly laid artificial lawn. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy in the property but there is an ashtray on the wall in the garden for those that wish to partake. There is a Ring video doorbell on the front of the house for your security. There is also a security camera in the garden which will be turned off during your stay. The property complies with the latest Fire Safety Regulations.
